Thomas R. Miller
Vice President Human Resources
Mr. Miller is Vice President of Human Resources for SRS Acquisition Corporation. Mr. Miller has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the human resources and labor/employment law areas.
Prior to joining SRS, Mr. Miller was Vice President of Human Resources for Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (who acquired SDI Holdings, Inc. /Shelter Distribution, Inc. where he was Executive Vice President of Human Resources) from 2003 to 2007. Prior to Shelter Distribution, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for WebLink Wireless, Inc. in Dallas from 2001 to 2002. WebLink was a leading provider of one-way and two-way wireless messaging services. From 1994-2000, Mr. Miller was Vice President of Human Resources for Cameron Ashley Building Products, Inc., where he established and built the company's human resources' department into a strategic business partner with the Company's operations. From 1980-1994, Mr. Miller was employed by American Airlines, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas in various employee relations capacities, concluding his employment as Managing Director Employee Relations.
Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts and Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the Wisconsin and American Bar Associations.
